Youth Voice & Representation
Build credible platforms — assemblies, councils, and dialogues — where young Pakistanis can speak, listen, and be heard by institutions that shape their lives.
The Pak Youth Forum agenda is a working document — concrete, measurable, and shaped by the young people it serves. These are the ten priorities guiding our programs, partnerships, and policy work.
Pillars of the agenda
Each pillar is paired with at least one flagship program, a cohort, or a partnership — the goal is delivery, not declarations.
Build credible platforms — assemblies, councils, and dialogues — where young Pakistanis can speak, listen, and be heard by institutions that shape their lives.
Close the skills gap with cohort programs in critical thinking, communication, technology, and the practical competencies the modern economy demands.
Make AI literacy and digital fluency accessible to every young Pakistani — from public-sector students to private-sector professionals — through training, labs, and community projects.
Support founders at every stage with mentorship circles, problem-led ventures, and an ecosystem that takes ideas from concept to launch.
Bridge classroom and workplace through internships, mentor pairings, employability stacks, and partnerships with companies hiring across Pakistan.
Develop principled leaders through field-based labs, peer cohorts, and exposure to seasoned mentors from business, civil society, and policy.
Convene young thinkers with policymakers — quietly, seriously, and on the record — to shape better outcomes for education, work, climate, and digital governance.
Channel youth energy into on-ground community projects across all four provinces, from literacy to climate resilience to civic education.
Tell honest, ambitious stories of young Pakistanis — the founders, scientists, artists, and citizens already shaping the country and the world.
Partner with diaspora networks, peer forums, and global institutions to give Pakistani youth a seat at the global table — and bring the world to them.
A working document
Every pillar above is paired with a published roadmap, milestones, and partners. We're a young organisation, and we expect the agenda to evolve. Send us a note if you'd like to shape it — as a member, mentor, or partner.
Pak Youth Forum is open to students, professionals, founders, mentors, and partners across Pakistan and the diaspora.
